Easy-to-Read Version
The Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) is a dynamic-equivalence translation developed by the World Bible Translation Center for readers with limited English literacy, including those who are deaf or use English as a second language. With simple vocabulary, short sentences, and clear grammar, it makes Scripture accessible to a wide global audience.

Bible League International now distributes it globally for evangelism and church planting. It is available in over 100 languages, making the ERV family one of the most widely translated Bible text frameworks in the world.
